What I did was hike from the Museum Trail over to the other Skyline. It goes down to the houses in the picture and another fork looks like it goes down to the street. I didn't go that far.
The trail is in really good shape and is different than the Lykken where is goes down the Tachevah Canyon.
I just hiked it and was surprised to find that it not only goes all the way to the road, but also that the trail starts in an empty dirt lot off the street where you can park, and doesn't require trespassing or climbing over any fences. It's right under the rock pile with the green house perched on it, and close to the yellow wall. Pretty easy to spot if you're looking for it.
I went up the museum trail as usual, then down the other side past the English Tom plaque. If you're going up it, the first short section is very narrow and very steep. But it's less than 100m after which the trail is in great shape, is easy to follow, and is much gentler than the museum trail. A very nice discovery.
