Argh. So not appropriate (spraying the dots; I'm all for removing them).

Howdy Solo :)

Again? :x Someone did this back in the spring of 2007. Z-dude brought up granite spray paint and covered as many of the orange dots as he could.

My friends and I are still removing pink tape from the Dobbs ridge over on San Gorgonio

Miles of smiles,
Ellen

Granite cored paints have been more successful in the past than brushes and laquer thinner.

OMG, I can't believe some idiot did this again. Maybe it's the same dope who spraypainted several boulders on the trail with the initials "MP". Which obviously stands for MicroPenis.

I can say that here, right? :D I mean it's a medical condition, after all. :)

Sadly, I'm afraid you're totally right. In fact, there are far more than three idiots in this world. I wanna be an optimist and say that there's probably only about 700 million. Still, there's more non-idiots, as witness the excellent folks on this board. The fact that people here go to the effort of removing this dumb graffiti shows that there's hope. :)

Funny how things are different in different places. Some years ago, I climbed Mt. Modnadnock, the highest mountain in NH.

I was checking out the map, and thought the names of the trails were kinda funny:

White Cross Trail
White Dot Trail
Red Dot trail
White Arrow Trail
Etc.

Guess why?

No one gets lost, and that's the way they apparently like it.

Yep. Different here. Spray paint on an abandoned trail that people take because they like the challenge doesn't cut it here. :)

Follow the dots.

Just demoralizing, in so many ways. . .
