Seems like a second hiker was rescued on Skyline today.

At least we haven't had anyone die this year (yet) but it's getting real tiresome reading about people getting rescued on a trail they have absolutely no business being on in the heat of the summer.
Personally, I'd like to make the Skyline a "no rescue" zone; if you hike it, you're on your own. Of course, I know that'll never fly. But I will encourage a no beta zone. If anyone wants advice on hiking the trail the answer should be, DON'T.
(end of rant).
