Does water flow at Round Valley in November?

I'm planning on camping at Round Valley on 11/7 and 11/8. Does the water coming out of the spigot run well through November? I was up there on 10/17 and it was running fine.

Generally, it runs fine. You could get problems with the water freezing in November. You might check with the State Park service before you go.

Even in winter when doing snowshoe trips, I've always found the spring running, even with 6 feet of snow pack all around it, with the pipe down in a hole!
