Has anyone thought about organizing a formal group, other than this forum, to possibly facilitate proactive planning (in a democratic fashion) to help work out some of the problems on the C2C? A month or two ago Mark started the "time to fix the c2c" post. It seemed that it was a fairly productive post in that most everyone had some productive input. However, with the recent rescue i am now wondering if we shouldn't try to put a group together to sift through these good ideas and see if something can't be accomplished. Comments anyone? BTW, i am reading these trip reports from Alaska and thinking about next fall and winter already. . .as i am slaving away in my 70 degree 24 hour sunlight!
