Marilyn and I took the first tram up at 8am yesterday -- decided to hike from the tram before the holiday craziness.
Exquisite weather -- breezy but never too cold, sunny but never too hot. I haven't been on the Strawberry trail since last fall -- the views were fabulous.

Water report: trickling from the spigot at Round Valley; very good flow at Wellman's cienega; spongy, marshy at Strawberry cienega; nothing at Deer Springs crossing; excellent flow at Bed Springs crossing; and spongy, marshy at Lilly.
