Skyline Trail conditions?

Hello! We are considering making a trip up the Skyline trail sometime early this week, from Museum to Tram only, but are concerned with the possibility that some snowfall will occur tonight/tomorrow as the weather report shows. (Not sure we are equipped or experienced enough to deal with snow or ice at the top levels of this hike!) Just wondering if anyone has been up/is going up before Tuesday (May 10th) and can let us know if it is passable with just hiking shoes? We've heard the Traverse can be tricky if there's snow or ice.

There was only a little slush on Saturday. The trail was effectively snow free. Since we are in a strong warming trend, it is heat I would be concerned about.
