Round Valley water?

Postby SoCalJim » Wed Oct 01, 2014 8:05 pm

Thinking about an overnight at Round Valley in the next week or so. How's the water flow at the spigot?

I was up that way on Saturday, I didn't see any water flowing out of the pipe, but I did see some water in the bucket

I have been up several times over the years and will be taking my wife up on a overnighter in a couple of weeks. I know of the spigot in Round Valley but don't recall a bucket being there. Is there now a bucket colleting water from the spigot? Can I count on water being there in 2 weeks? Thanks much!

Will be taking my wife up for a long weekend in 2 weeks...
I have been up many times in the past but do not recall a bucket at the spigot in Round Valley.... Can I count on water being there or should I plan on packing it in?
Thank you in advance!

When I was there Wednesday there was a sign at the lower tram station saying there was No Water at Round Valley. (I went down a bit of Skyline so I couldn't confirm)

The State Park has posted on the front door of the Long Valley Ranger station that there is no water at Round Valley. It was not flowing when I went by last week.
