Quick report for anyone interested. Nice jaunt up from Humber to the summit on Sunday. Perfect clear weather. A bit of chilly wind early but after that nice. Pretty much perfect weather. No need for anything but boots up to Saddle. After Strawberry turnoff there was nice powder. So pretty. Boots or spikes either way. No slippery ice, just snow. Then dirt again at Wellmans. A few spots up from Wellmans divide to the peak a bit of snow, but again boots fine. Very clear up on the summit. Passed only one other group on the way up. Many more on the way back mostly coming up from the tram. Back at Humber early afternoon, quick brew and piece of pizza from the cooler, home in SD by early evening. Walking all day in that land is heaven on earth.
