Any snow on the trail to the peak?

Postby kd » Fri Nov 08, 2013 9:33 am

I am planning on going from the museum to the peak on Saturday morning in the 4am hour.

Can I wear my trail runners, or will boots be required?

THanks!

Last Saturday there were some very small patches of snow on the trail between Round Valley and the peak. I wore plain running shoes and was able to get past them with no problem. Most (if not all) of those patches should be gone by this weekend.

Please update the forum when you get a chance as I want to attempt it Tuesday morning. And how difficult is the trail to
Follow. This is my first time out there and any advice would be awesome.
