I'm moving

Hello everyone...wanted to let you all know that I have accepted a job up in Santa Barbara. So i'll be leaving San Diego and obviously will be limited to spending time on my FAVORITE mountain with you all. This is a great opportunity and not goodbye, just so long for now.

If anyone knows anybody in Santa Barbara who needs a hiking, running or anything buddy let me know. I don't know anyone up there so leaving SD was the hardest part of this decision. :(

There is always backcountry.

Coming to San Diego from New Mexico, the first things I missed was mountains. It was a few year until I discovered San Jacinto. It was salve for the soul. You'll find your backcountry home up there as well!
The difference between a good hike and a bad one is usually just a reflection of what I bring with me.

We will keep you posted on the big event weekends so you can come down and attend.
Once you scope out a good trail out there let me know, would love to drive up to SB to visit.
