Fobes to Apache Spring

Postby Florian » Thu Sep 16, 2010 6:33 pm

Thinking it might be a bit cooler up on the Desert Divide i hiked the Fobes Ranch trail to Apache Spring today. Was still pretty warm in the sun but a very nice day. Except for all the gnats. Check out my new bandito persona in the pics. There is clear water in the Apache Spring box. Saw no human footprints on the PCT! Had the whole place all to myself.

Looks like you had a real nice hike and some good solitude. Glad to hear that Apache is in good shape too. The train robber pic aint too bad either.
