Great line. I'm hoping to do Whitney tomorrow, but my plans are shaky at the moment. It I don't get to go, I'll try to show up there at around 4 or 5. Maybe see you on the trail.

HEY ZIP !!!! no invite ?? I need some kleenex...

we went up and down in the dark lastnight anyway. my quads are pissed and my feet took a pounding on rocks. running down that thing with a lite is about as much fun as hiking through a cholla field.

be safe and send me a text lmk what you do.

Training hike Saturday

Postby Cy Kaicener » Fri Sep 17, 2010 11:18 pm

I am thinking of doing my training hike on October 2 at about 1.00 am from the museum. Hopefully there wont be a heat wave at that time. There would have been a almost full moon on Sept 25 but the tram would not be running.

Tram should be reopening on the 25th but you might want to verify before doing a hike.
