Round Valley Water Source

This may be the dumbest question posted in a while but...
Is the water at Round Valley continual year round? I'm bringing a couple leeetle ones up there next week and need to know if it runs continuously as it did a month ago.

The pipe near the old ranger station (also near the trail junction) runs pretty much all the time.

The ranger station also has water. Pain in the butt, but I suppose one could run back the 2 miles or so and fetch some water.
