Cell Phone Coverage in the Santa Rosas

Could anyone tell me if one should expect to pick up any cell phone coverage in the Santa Rosa wilderness...southeast of Toro peak? Verizon specifically. I'm planning a North to South trip towards the end of the month, and though not required, I'm just curious if I might be able to get a text/call out on any portion of the hike. Thanks in advance.

I can't say from the ridge specifically but i get good Verizon coverage along hwy 86 to the east and in Borrego Springs to the west.
