Very few details available at this time. They dont say where its at. (11.45 pm posting time) It sounds like its above Long Valley.

I was chitchatting with the guy I bought my tram ticket from when two concerned-looking gentlemen walked up and asked if he'd seen three Asian female hikers take the tram down. He said he didn't remember--he saw 75 hikers take the tram down today. I wonder if that's them. I think I rode the 7:30 tram so it was around that time.

Cornell Trail? Is that the same as the Sid Davis route?

It's probably the Tamarack Valley Trail from Round Valley. It's doubtful that three ladies from Orange County know the Sid Davis Canyon trail.
