Magnesia Falls (lazy question)

As child during early 60s, we used to hike up Magnesia falls...used a metal cable to climb up amidst dripping water, and a bunch of bees..

can you still hike up there, and if so, where do you park, start your hike? (if it weren't for all the new homes and streets i think i could do it from memory).

Last time I went up there a few months ago the area was closed to protect the Bighorn Sheep. It is designated as a Nature Preserve. There is no cable anymore that I know of.
